Articulate Rise - Consumer Course

The team at Heart Home Inspections expressed concern about the amount of time being spent explaining services to potential clients. The team had a robust amount of materials that were created for face-to-face classes but needed a non-presenter version of the course. The in person presentations that were previously created for the company received positive feedback but not all clients were able to attend face-to-face sessions with the company. During the analysis process it was noted that the team could benefit from additional resources for consumer information and eLearning outside of their traditional face-to-face sessions. An online course was built for consumer education that clients could navigate on their own to mirror the company’s face-to-face options. The training was built to be accessible to clients via the company website and direct link. Because the device being used by the end user was unknown, the course was built in Articulate Rise. Articulate Storyline - Introductory Module

This sample was built as an introductory module for special education teachers. The intention of this interaction was to activate background knowledge and help participants choose which hybrid trainings they would like to pursue. The team presented information to consumers at several convention style events. During these events, clients were free to speak with staff and interact with displays.
